Shipping costs Austria:
We deliver free of charge to Austria from a purchase of € 100. For orders below this, a flat-rate shipping fee of € 4.90 will be charged in addition to the purchase price, regardless of the weight and number of your times.

Shipping costs Germany:
We deliver free of charge to Austria from a purchase of € 100. For orders below this, a flat-rate shipping fee of € 7.90 will be charged in addition to the purchase price, regardless of the weight and number of your times.

What can you do if your delivery address changes?
Simply change your address under “My Account” and save your new address. You can also save alternative delivery addresses.

What if you are not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are generally rarely available at home during the day, we offer you the option of having the order delivered to a different delivery address (e.g. to your place of work). If the parcel could not be delivered on the first delivery attempt, another delivery attempt may be made, our you will receive a notification that your parcel has been deposited at the nearest post office or GLS pick-up station.

How long does the delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and shipped to you within 48 hours. After being dispatched from our warehouse, the shipments will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days. Shipments to Europe are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after being dispatched from our warehouse.

What to do if the package has not been delivered?
If a package hasn’t arrived after a week or has been left with your neighbor, then it’s best to contact us immediately. We will immediately check the whereabouts of your package and issue an investigation order.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 1 week and it hasn’t been handed over to your neighbor either, then it’s best to get in touch with us. We will then check the whereabouts of your package and – if it should be necessary – issue an investigation order. We will also inform you immediately if the package has to be sent a second time in a specific case.
