How does the return or exchange of your product work?
If you are not satisfied with your item, then send the product back to our shipping warehouse within 14 days.
The costs for the return are to be borne by the costumer. Our employees will take care of your return within 5 working days and inform you about the status.
If you want to exchange a product, please contact our staff with your request at [email protected], in the case of an exchange, we will take care of everything for you and you do not have to place another order yourself.
How do I get my money back?
The purchase price already paid will be refunded immediately. Depending on how you paid for your order, the refund will be made:
- Payment by credit card: When paying by credit card, the amount will be credited directly to your credit card account.
- Payment via PayPal: With PayPal you will receive a credit to your PayPal account from us.
- Payment in advance: In the case of advance payment, you will receive a credit to your bank account after you have given us your bank details (IBAN & BIC) for the transfer.
- Payment by cash on delivery: In the case of cash on delivery, we also need your bank details (IBAN & BIC) for the return transfer for products that you have already paid for.
If you wish, the purchase price can also be issued as a credit note. If the product to be exchanged is no longer in new condition, a refund will only be made in the form of vouchers. Among other things, obvious defects in the product that have arisen through use, as well as the registration of the product with the manufacturer or the redemption of vouchers that were supplied with a product count as no longer as new.
When are we entitled to withdraw from the order?
We undertake to accept your oder on the terms and conditions of the website. If calculation, printing or typographical errors occur on the website, we are entitled to withdraw.
All our offers are valid while stocks last. If a supplier does not deliver the ordered goods despite contractual obligations, we are also entitled to withdraw. In this case, you will be informed immediately by our employees that the ordered product is not available. The purchase price already paid will be refunded immediately.
When do we have to remedy the defect or provide a replacement delivery?
Is there a defect in a purchased product? Of course we won’t let you down. Depending on the range, there are different guarantee regulations that prescribe different framework conditions for complaints about defective goods. Warranty cases are therefore handled by us on request. Please send us an email with pictures to [email protected] and briefly write us your request.
If the complaint is justified, a replacement delivery or a credit for the order amount is possible.
Unless otherwise stated below, further claims by the customer, regardless of the legal grounds, are excluded. We are therefore not liable for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself; in particular, we are not liable for lost profits or other financial losses suffered by the customer.
